Wireless Power charger

My idea for the Wireless Power Contest is to use the form below to make a portable charger to supply energy to used batteries for electronic devices occurred during exploratory projects in caves, research expeditions and mountaineering, camping and in all places with risk of adverse weather conditions. The watertight device in its parts connected to a power source, such as a power generator, solar panel or similar will protect the batteries until they are used.
