A ceramic or plastic mug that has single-strand stainless steel wire or nichrome wire, embedded in it. The bottom of the mug will encapsulate a mini arduino with a temperature sensor and a battery to heat up the wire, along with one half of the power transmitter. The other half will be embedded in the computer desk or underneath the desk. The user can set the temperature via phone app , low power Bluetooth and/or usb arduino interface or possibly a potentiometer at bottom of mug. So while the user has the mug on the computer desk the coffee will stay hot.
